Relating to making an appropriation from the General Revenue Fund to the Unemployment Compensation Clearance Account, Fund No. 936, for the purpose of reimbursing the Unemployment Compensation Clearance Account for warrants voided and erroneously transferred to the credit of the General Revenue Fund.
