Relating to providing for the deposit of certain revenues in the General Revenue Fund; providing that expenses of the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners shall be paid from the General Revenue Fund; abolishing the Veterinary Fund; transferring the balance of that fund to the General Revenue Fund; providing an effective date.
