Relating to the Board of Regents of the State Teachers Colleges of Texas and to colleges under its supervision and control; recognizing the power of the Board or of any college president to suspend or dismiss any teacher, faculty member or administrator before expiration of the individual's contract of employment, but providing that such action must be based on good cause.
