Relating to extending and adding to the territory of the Port of Beaumont Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, approximately seventy-four (74) acres of land located substantially in Orange County, Texas, and adjoining the present boundary line of the Port of Beaumont Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, and removing such territory and land from the territory and land of Orange County Navigation and Port District of Orange County, Texas.
