HB 914, 58th R.S.
Relating to defining the offense of eavesdropping, to prohibit any person from overhearing or recording telephone or telegraph communications, or overhearing, recording or transmitting conversations, through the use of certain devices, without the consent of all parties thereto; prohibiting the possession of such devices under circumstances evincing an intent to use same for eavesdropping; providing penalties for violations; making evidence obtained by eavesdropping inadmissible in any court or before any grand jury.
