HJR 40, 58th Regular Session
Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment providing that when any county has more than sufficient population to be entitled to more than one representative, such representatives shall be apportioned to such county and the Legislature shall have authority to subdivide the county into subordinate legislative districts.
