HJR 60, 58th R.S.
Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment providing that equality under the law shall not be denied or abridged because of sex; providing that this section shall not affect the community property laws or the criminal laws of this state as they now exist, nor in any manner affect existing homestead rights of widows and unmarried daughters; setting an effective date.
