SB 93, 55th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to acquire by purchase in the name of the State of Texas, for the use and benefit of the Texas Forest Service, and to improve the same, a sufficient quantity of land suitable for the operation thereon of a forest tree seedling nursery in the reforestation program of the Texas Forest Service and for the production of other forest products.
