SB 250, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that no form of vaccination or inoculation shall be made a condition precedent for the admission of a person to any public or private school or college in this state, or for the exercise of any right, the performance of any duty, or the enjoyment of any privilege; providing further that it shall be unlawful for any board, physician or person to compel another by the use of physical force to submit to the operation of vaccinations of any kind.
