SB 367, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person confined, voluntary or otherwise, in a State Institution shall have the right upon his own request or by request of parent, guardian, spouse or nearest of kin, to out patient treatment, by any duly licensed member of the healing arts not available within the Institution in which said person is confined.
