SB 437, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful, without the prior express consent of the Legislature, for any officer or employee of this state or any other person to build, construct, erect or maintain any building, structure, memorial, monument, statue or concession or any other structure, including parking areas or any additional paving on any of the grounds surrounding the State Capitol that were bounded by certain streets on January 1, 1955, with certain exceptions; providing a penalty.
