Relating to amending certain statutes by providing that it shall be lawful for members of trades unions and other organizations, by and through any such trades union and other organization, to seek and to obtain employment for themselves and their fellow members, and to make and enforce contracts with employers providing for such employment at wages, hours and working conditions specified in such contracts.
