HB 190, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing for the filing of portions of logs of exploratory wells, wells for oil and gas, and any well for any other purpose, with the State Board of Water Engineers for the purpose of determining and preventing the pollution of streams and public bodies of surface water of the State and any sub-surface water strata that is capable of producing water suitable for domestic or livestock use or for irrigation and for the purpose of obtaining information concerning sub-surface water strata of this State and for the purpose of obtaining information to determine whether surface casing has been installed to a depth necessary to protect sub-surface fresh water strata of this State; providing a penalty.
