HB 408, 55th R.S.
Relating to declaring that all males under the age of twenty-one years who are now married or who have heretofore married or who shall hereafter marry shall be deemed to be of full age and shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and obligations thereto pertaining except as to the right to vote.
