Relating to the Foundation School Program so as to provide for a minimum monthly salary of One Hundred and Twenty-five Dollars for school bus drivers, which amount shall be allocated from the Foundation School Fund and shall be separate and apart from the purchase, maintenance and operating cost of transportation units.
