Relating to authorizing and directing the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools, acting by the Executive Director thereof, to exclude and deliver to the State Highway Commission of Texas a right-of-way easement to certain land in Cameron County, Texas, for the reconstruction and maintenance of a Farm to Market Road extending along and across certain State property known as Harlingen State Tuberculosis Hospital.
