HB 101, 56th R.S.
Relating to providing for local option elections in certain counties of this State relating to the question of abolition and discontinuance of the Office of County Superintendent and providing that in the case of an affirmative vote on such question the Office of County Superintendent is abolished and the county judge shall execute the duties of the County Superintendent.
