Relating to amending the Texas Business Corporation Act to provide for the exemption of certain existing corporations from the requirements of the Act relating to name and minimum consideration to be received for issuance of shares before commencing business, and providing for the filing of a statement designating a registered office and registered agent by certain existing corporations.
