HB 289, 56th R.S.

Relating to amending certain statutes relating to fees of commissioners appointed to assess damages in eminent domain proceedings, so as to provide that in all counties the Commissioners Court shall set the fee of the commissioners at any amount they may deem reasonable, not less than Five Dollars ($5) per day.
