Relating to making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill, or possess any game bird or game animal, fur-bearing animal or freshwater fish in Comal County at any time by any means or method; providing a penalty for the violation of any of the provisions of this Act as well as any order, rule, or regulation of the Game and Fish Commission; making it unlawful to provide new license and providing a penalty therefor; providing for the effective date of this Act.
