Relating to the assumption of financial responsibility for the acts of a delinquent child, by persons having custody by order of a Juvenile Court, and relating to the posting of a cash bond by parents or other persons having custody of a delinquent child to assure the compliance of the terms of probation set by the Juvenile Court.
