SB 349, 56th R.S.

Relating to defining certain terms as used herein; providing that any county, municipality, taxing district or other political district or subdivision, commission, authority, department or other public agency of the state authorized to borrow money and issue bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness may institute suit for declaratory judgment in the district courts herein specified, to adjudicate and determine the legality of the boundaries or organization of the issuer.
