Relating to authorizing the deposit to local funds of the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station to the credit of Substation No. 2, Smith County, to be expended for the restoration, operation and improvement of said Substation No. 2, the monetary consideration received by the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas for the transfer to the State Highway Commission, the use of, and jurisdiction over, 39.09 acres of land.
