Relating to amending certain acts relating to the compensation of official shorthand reporters of each judicial district, civil or criminal, and the official shorthand reporters of each county court at law, civil or criminal, in any county having a population of not less than three hundred sixty thousand (360,000) nor more than six hundred twelve thousand (612,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census.
