Relating to the disclosure of information to the public by requiring the registration of certain persons who undertake to influence the passage or defeat of legislation or its approval or veto by the Governor and by requiring the reporting by members of the Legislature, elective state officers or state officers appointed by the Governor, and candidates for state office or the Legislature of contributions, gifts, employment and anything of value received by them or by members of their immediate families from persons required to register or from such person's employers; providing a penalty.
