Relating to marks and brands of livestock in Brazoria County; requiring owners of livestock to record their makes and brands within six months after this Act takes effect; providing that records of marks and brands now in existence shall no longer have any force and only the records made after this Act takes effect shall be examined or considered after the expiration of six months; providing for publication of this Act.
