Relating to amending certain Acts by validating the appointment of the Calhoun County Navigation District Commissioners, as made pursuant to the provisions of that chapter; validating the terms of such commissioners; providing that hereafter the commissioners shall be elected; prescribing the method of election and the qualification of such commissioners; providing for appointment of successors should a commissioner vacate his office.
