SB 175, 54th R.S.
Relating to creating the "County Court at Law of Potter County" and defining its jurisdiction, original and appellate; defining the subject matter with respect to which the County Court at Law of Potter County and the County Court at Law of Potter County and the County Court of Potter County shall have concurrent jurisdiction; authorizing the transfer of cases, with the consent of the respective judges, over which both such courts have concurrent jurisdiction, except where writ of certiorari has been granted.
