HB 157, 53rd R.S.

Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to provide that private corporations may be created for, or, if presently created, may have their charters or permits to do business in Texas so amended as to provide for, the following purposes: to establish and maintain a drilling business for the production of oil, gas, or water, or either, and, incidental to said primary purpose, to establish and maintain an oil, gas and mineral business.
