HB 233, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending the Insurance Code so as to provide for the execution of policies of insurance by an attorney or an attorney in fact or other representative authorized by and acting for underwriters, and so as to provide for the maintenance of the principal office of such attorneys, and so as to provide that no license should be issued to any attorneys at Lloyd's to bind insurance risks in Texas or with citizens of Texas or covering Texas property, unless said attorneys in fact be residents of Texas and maintain their office in Texas, with certain exceptions.
