SB 247, 54th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes by increasing the number of members of the Livestock Sanitary Commission of the State of Texas from three to six; providing for the qualifications of each of the six members; providing for the term of office from two to six years so that one term of office will expire in two years; providing for the appointment of a Chairman of said Commission; and providing that the present members shall continue to hold office for the terms for which they have been appointed.
