SB 277, 54th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the Daughters of the Confederacy and the Daughters of the Republic to charge admission fees to all state property under the custody and control of such organizations, except the Alamo, and to maintain and operate concession stands in all State property under the custody and control of such organizations; providing that money obtained from the admission fees and the operation of concessions shall be used for the maintenance and repair of the State property and furnishings under the custody and control of such organizations.
