SB 51, 40th Regular Session
Relating to authorizing Wichita Falls and Southern Railroad Company and Wichita Falls, Ranger and Fort Worth Railroad Company and Their Successors, Lessees and Assigns to use 3.6 cents per mile as the basic unit for the construction of all passenger fares for adults and corresponding fares for children on and over their lines of railroad so long as such unit shall be used as the basis for passenger fares on the principal railroads of Texas.
