Relating to ratifying, confirming, approving and validating certain orders and notices of the Commissioners' Court of Cameron County, Texas, relating to the issuance of the bonds of Cameron County in the total sum of six million dollars, for the purpose of the construction, maintenance and operation of macadamized, graveled or paved roads or turnpikes, or in aid thereof.
