HB 262, 41st R.S.

Relating to providing for the creation of private corporations for the purpose of owning lands in the Water Control and Improvement Districts, Water Improvement Districts, Levee Improvement Districts, Drainage Districts, in aid of the development and improvement of lands reclaimed, or to be reclaimed, within such districts, so that such lands may be speedily improved, subdivided, sold and utilized.
