HB 598, 41st R.S.

Relating to making it unlawful for any person or persons to go on the premises or plantation of any citizen of the State of Texas, in the nighttime or between sunset and sunrise, and move or assist in moving any laborer or tenant or the effects of or property of any laborer or tenant therefrom without the consent of the owner or proprietor thereof other than in the discharge of a Civil or Military order, and to provide penalties for the violation of this Act, and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
