SB 481, 41st R.S.
Relating to accepting the benefits and provisions of the Act of Congress authorizing the extension of Federal Aid for construction of toll bridges on the highways included in the Federal System, under certain conditions and limitations, 44 United States Statute 1398, approved March 3, 1927, to empower the Highway Commission of Texas to cooperate with the Federal Bureau of Roads in the Construction of such toll bridges under the provisions of said Act of Congress, including inter-state bridges, to appropriate and use State Highway Funds for such purpose and to levy and collect such tolls and to authorize the Highway Commission to cooperate and join with the appropriate authorities of an adjoining state in the construction of such bridges and in levying and collecting tolls and in carrying out the provisions of this Act and the said Act of Congress.
