HB 36, 41st 1st C.S.

Relating to providing that all citations and notices issued by the County Clerk on certain applications shall be returnable to the court from which issued on the first Monday after the service is perfected, and said returnable date shall constitute the term of the probate court for action on said applications; amending a certain Statute.
