Relating to more accurately defining the term "Motor Bus Company" and better defining the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of Texas, in the regulation of motor bus transportation; providing for penalties and punishment for the violation of the provisions of said Act, and for the violation of the rules and regulations of the Railroad Commission; amending certain laws.
