Relating to appropriating Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars to the State Department of Agriculture to be used by the Commissioner of Agriculture as an emergency fund to pay salaries, and traveling expenses of inspectors, and general office expenses of the Department of Agriculture, and to pay damages for fruit destroyed and other claims.
