HB 14, 41st 3rd C.S.

Relating to authorizing Lubbock County to convey to the United States of America, title to any portion of its land located and situated in the City of Lubbock, commonly known and designated as the Courthouse Square, and validating all Acts of said county or its lawful agents and representatives heretofore done in pursuance of said purpose, or that may hereafter become necessary to convey said land to the satisfaction of the United States of America.
