SB 20, 41st 3rd C.S.

Relating to withdrawing from sale or lease the surface and the minerals therein of all unsurveyed public free school land, all river beds and channels, and portions of same, until otherwise provided by law, and providing that such withdrawal shall not apply in cases where applications of inquiry have been heretofore filed and on which suit is now pending.
