Relating to amending the Special Road Law for Rockwall County, Texas, enacted by the Regular Session of the 36th Legislature, 1919, the same being an Act providing for the payment of the Commissioners' Court of Rockwall County, Texas, while acting as ex-officio Road Superintendants in their various precincts and providing from what fund of said Rockwall County the payments thereof shall be made.
