Relating to providing for procuring and filing in the General Land Office certain papers, maps, sketches and reports relating to the survey of lands by virtue of certificates issued by the State to The Texas & Pacific Railway Company and its predecessors in title, now in the custody of said railway company, the same to become archives of the General Land Office.
