HB 8, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful for any officer or employee of this State or any other person to build, construct, erect or maintain any building, structure, memorial, monument, or statue within the inclosure around the Capitol ground in the City of Austin, without the authority theretofore given by statute or concurrent resolution by the Legislature of the State of Texas; and prescribing a penalty.
