HB 427, 42nd Regular Session
Relating to providing that all officers and employees of the State of Texas, any county, or political subdivision thereof, including municipalities, who are members of the National Guard, National Guard Reserve, or Organized Reserves of the Army or Navy of the United States, shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of pay or efficiency rating during such days as they may attend training ordered or authorized under provisions of law.
