HB 704, 42nd R.S.
Relating to providing that no officer or employee of the State of Texas, any county, city, town, or village, or any municipality or political subdivision, using or accepting the benefits of any free pass or franking privilege of any railroad, interurban, motor bus or other transportation line, shall charge or collect from the State, county, city, town, village, municipality, or political subdivision, the amount he would have paid had he not used such free pass; fixing the penalty.
