Relating to providing for the transfer of title of certain lands to the State Highway Commission consisting of two separate tracts, one being across Copano Pass in Aransas County, the other across Lavaca Bay in Calhoun County, lying under, along, and adjacent to the Causeways and their approaches now under construction, on State Highway No. 57.
