Relating to requiring the Judge of any Court in which a defendant is convicted of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotics, to enter an order prohibiting such person so convicted from driving any motor vehicle for a period of time found by the jury not to exceed two years, providing that a violation of such order shall be punished as for contempt.
