Relating to defining "aircraft," "airport" and "beacon"; making it unlawful for any person to throw any stone or missile, or fire any gun or pistol into or against any aircraft, parachute or contrivance for navigating the air, making it unlawful to use, operate or molest any such aircraft, parachute or contrivance, and to remove any device or appliance therefrom without the consent of the owner; providing a penalty therefor.
